Visual Acuity Test.
The world wide recognized Snellen chart is an eye chart used by eye care professionals and others to measure visual acuity. The chart was named after Dutch ophthalmologist Herman Snellen who created the chart in 1862.
To get your own Visual Acuity Test chart, you can purchase it from here. It is made of durable long lasting plastic. It does need the recommended space area of a hallway with a 6 meters long (20 feet) to test your eyesight for 20/20 vision.
The most familiar acuity test for most people is the Snellen chart, it is placed at a standard distance of twenty feet in the US. At this distance, the symbols on the line representing "normal" acuity subtend an angle of five minutes of arc, and the thickness of the lines and of the spaces between the lines subtends one minute of arc. This line, designated 20/20, is the smallest line that a person with normal acuity can read at a distance of twenty feet. -Wikipedia.
